Playtech has entered into an understanding with Sportech, owners of the just branded New Football Pools, which is going to see the group get a 9.9% position in the just expanded Sportech. Thanks to the 20,000,000 new shares purchased by Playtech, Sportech has managed to purchase the US based Systematic Games Racing for $83 million.
