Al Gore was on Saturday Night Live this evening, playing the President prior to the beginning of the show. When he was introduced the audience roared with applause. Gore, making fun of the Global War on Terrorism, referred to some type of war on Glaciers. He says “glaciers that were once melting” are now “on the attack” and that “renegade glaciers” have captured parts of Michigan and Maine and assures us that “we will not let the glaciers win”.
He referred to Michael Moore as Supreme Court Justice and George Clooney as the newly confirmed Chief Justice. Ah, even though this was done on Saturday Night Live, you knew it was the kind of world only liberals dream of.
He was also in the show later, on the “Weekend Update” segment to play a silly game of “point, counter-point” with one of the anchors. One of the anchors said that “global warming is a scientific fact”. It was quite obvious that this was a propaganda piece for his new movie on global warming.

I’m not sure what he was doing… But if you knew anything about the global warming myth, you’d realize that an ice age is part of it. It didn’t used to be, but they added it in to cover their bases for when we have exceptionally cold years. So when it’s really hot, “global warming”, when it’s really cold “global warming”... Poll: Clinton outperformed Bush
(CNN)—In a new poll comparing President Bush’s job performance with that of his predecessor, a strong majority of respondents said President Clinton outperformed Bush on a host of issues.
The poll of 1,021 adult Americans was conducted May 5-7 by Opinion Research Corp. for CNN. It had a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
Respondents favored Clinton by greater than 2-to-1 margins when asked who did a better job at handling the economy (63 percent Clinton, 26 percent Bush) and solving the problems of ordinary Americans (62 percent Clinton, 25 percent Bush).
On foreign affairs, the margin was 56 percent to 32 percent in Clinton’s favor; on taxes, it was 51 percent to 35 percent for Clinton; and on handling natural disasters, it was 51 percent to 30 percent, also favoring Clinton.
Moreover, 59 percent said Bush has done more to divide the country, while only 27 percent said Clinton had.
When asked which man was more honest as president, poll respondents were more evenly divided, with the numbers—46 percent Clinton to 41 percent Bush—falling within the poll’s margin of error. The same was true for a question on handling national security: 46 percent said Clinton performed better; 42 percent picked Bush.

Mr. X needs a wake up call. The French, Germans, Russians, British, Iraq’s neighbors (excluding the unreliable Syrians), and UN (to name a few) weren’t relying on American intelligence reports when they concluded that Saddam hd a WMD program.
Congress was regularly briefed on the National Intelligence Est. and had every right and opportunity to follow up and investigate. It’s called oversight, and when you have it you either use it or take responsibility for not using it.

I stumbled on this site and find it to be ridiculous. Most of you are making heated comments about things you know nothing about. Saying liberals are loved by terrorists etc… it is crazy. When Dubya was president was when 9/11 happened and it was horrible, but do not blame this on democrats. We have a national emergency because of deficits and the budgets proposed by republican lawmakers are insane. All you answewr with is nasty comments about democrats and liberals. We need a real discussion not name calling. I believe every politician wants to protect America but the democrats are more qualified. We do not protect ports and democrats propose an extensive program to do this. Read the platform for real security. I cannot understand defending Bush but their are good republican politicians you just need to think about how each individual in Washington benefits or hurts you and make educated decisions. Quit blaming democrats or at least till they take back power in the upcoming elections.
