I just returned from the Immigration ‘demonstration’ in Washington, D.C. today. I heard Senator Teddy Kennedy speak and rile up the crowd. By the way, that man killed a woman. The following is some of the scenes at the rally. Later on I will have more pictures and some video of a socialist group and a donation hut.

And I protest against those can’t spell hypocrisy correctly and want to be Americans.

Actually, kudos to the GTA supporter. Frankly he alone kinda shows that the damn game isn’t racist to blacks and latinos. Yeah, it’s violent and graphic. The purpose though is so that the people who play it can get rid of all the urges in real life by doing whatever it is in the game.
It’s only when somebody mentally disturbed (like the branded “GTA Killer”) gets their hands violent games like GTA that problems arise.

The way Bush is approaching this issue is horrible. It’s like he’s trying to catch every drug user in the country while taking the dealers under his wing and gives them tax breaks.

Pat, the issue won’t change no matter who is control. As long as there is demand for cheap labor, then the illegals will come – unless we allow them to come in legally, in which case they won’t be illegals. There are plenty of bussinesses that would go under if they have to hire union members instead. We’re supposed to stand for free trade after all, and that involves not only the free transfer of goods accross borders, but also that of people.

WHAT!? All the left does is give incentives to poor and minority groups to get votes, and they are certainly not tough on immigration. They would looooooove to give these people the right to vote, just like Hillary wants felons to be able to vote, because you know these are the kind of people who live from generation to generation in the welfare state.
I’m not proud of the Republicans’ behavior in all of this either, but don’t try to act like the Dems are on the right side of this, because that is the biggest pile of BS imaginable.
I don’t think it’s a good enough excuse, but I believe that many Republicans are afraid to take a stand because they know that means losing votes, especially wehn the left pulls out the race card (latinos are the largest minority in the country, and aren’t too far off from being a majority), so if even if they were to do the right thing, they could then lose elections and have the good they had done reversed anyway… it’s the old “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” scenario..

Unfortunately most of our representatives republican or democrat are not interested in serving our best interests. The notion that the illegals do jobs that no other Americans will do is only partly true. Most of the jobs are ones that teenagers used to do (pool cleaning, most of the restaraunt jobs, yardwork, etc).
