Bloggers like Conservative Thinking and Real Teen are giving FOX some flak for not practicing what they preach.
The FOX News Store is selling “Holiday Ornaments”, not “Christmas Ornaments”. Ironically this what Bill O’Reilly has been railing against. I am thinking that this may be a misunderstanding as the FOX News Store seems to be managed by some company that has nothing to do with FOX. We shall wait and see.

oddly, the page you’re linking to does show them as “Christmas Ornaments” (unless I’m missing something) as do the individual item pages… but if you search “ornaments”, they show in the search results as “holiday ornaments”... weird

looks like they have begun fixing the problem… because I see the screenshot others have up differs from what I’m seeing, and I see some of the bloggers have taken notice…

To funny another group who exploits the ultra conservative movement for money and power shows it true colors. Just like the Presidents border control speech. You guys have been pimped again.

to clear up for the libs… this is a Fox News site, that they appear to be fixing at the request of outraged users… but I don’t think “Fox News” has a position on the issue. Analysts like O’Reilly, Gibson, Hannity, etc. may have… but I don’t believe the network has a stated position, and before today’s outcry, they were obviously just walking the PC line with the rest of the country… but again, this is the network/company, not those personalities offering PERSONAL news analysis on the issue. By the way, incase anyone care’s, O’Reilly’s own site calls their store “Christmas Store”

Tis the season for lawsuits, and more attempts by the left to blot out any official reference to Christmas. The ACLU and others have said they only want to keep religious symbols off of public property, but if that was the case then why do they also …

#1. There is more than one holiday for Christians alone: Christmas and New Year’s Day. That’s two holidays. Therefore, Happy Holidays.
#2. Jews have a holiday – Hannukah (sp?), too.
#3. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, my Christian acquaintances.

This is so stupid and if you want to know, this is why the left thinks the right are moronic at times. There are so many serious issues to talk about, but no, we gotta be so damned pc and worry about how we say a salutation. Like I said, I just say Happy HOlidays sometimes cause I put new years into it too. Sheesh.

I guess Ian didn’t like my comment about Bush replacing Merry Christmas on his Christmas card with Holiday Season. I thought only the left tried to blot out references to Christmas. So I guess all you conservatives better start whining about Bush blotting out Christmas.

RGELLER1….. OWNED!
Hey lib, guess what… Correct me if you have any other information, but that certainly appears to be a thanksgiving card to me. Notice the BIBLE VERSE used on the card is one about giving thanks? This doesn’t seem to be a Christmas card at all, and thus not requiring “Christmas” on it.
But I think you libs are missing something anyway. We don’t object to “holidays”, we object to the sytematic removal of “Christmas” because it offends someone. I recall having a whole quarter long unit on Judaism in my freshman year of high school… I even had to find a Jew to interview (a lady at my mom’s work in my case)... Anyway it was a huge unit. Same with China/Ancient China and all the religions associated…. I don’t ever recall a unit on Christianity. Anyway, the point is the secular world is treating Christianity like it’s some sort of poison, despite the majority of Americans believing it it, and they act as if it’s existence is offensive.
So again, no one has a problem with holidays, and certainly the President of all people has to the most inclusive person possible when it comes to these sort of things. But he obviously “ain’t skeered” cuz he use a Bible verse in the same card… which again seems to be a Thanksgiving card. We’re just tired of the minority controlling the majority on everything and when it comes to acting as if Christianity is offensive, it get’s to be a little big much.
