Michelle Malkin appeared on The O’Reilly Factor this evening to discuss Cindy Sheehan, the mother of a fallen soldier that is demanding to speak to the President and at the same time for him to be impeached. I haven’t really talked about this situation, but I feel the same way as Michelle. Sheehan deserves a voice, however she is being used by anti war groups and moonbats and I am not sure if she is aware.

Ok carol? I knew that there would be a comment like that so I covered my tracks when I specifically said “she is allowed a voice”. But why is she a hero? The hero in this situation is her son.
Take a look at one of the signs behind her, “Iraq is Arabic for Vietnam”. She is obviously being used by anti-war loons.

Mrs. Sheehan lives in Vacaville, California, where I live and work. If you look carefully at some of the recent news pictures she is in, she is surrounded by the old 1960’s Peace, Love and Drugs crowd from nearby San Francisco. We should have compassion for her loss, and having just lost my own son I do truly understand her pain. But, Mrs. Sheehan is now and has long been an extremely liberal and partisan person and her grief has stirred up those passions. But, despite our natural compassion for her loss, we must hold her responsible for her words and actions.

Stop taking what I say out of context. (another liberal tactic). It is just pretty obvious that she is being used by these 60 year old hippies who haven’t gotten the message the 70’s are over and by people who should be in the loony bin. She has also being represented by Michael Moore-on and a man who is clearly anti-US.
If you read what she said before she joined up with these people, she was happy with the meeting with President Bush. Then suddenly after she joined Gold Star Mothers and the liberal mantra, then she changed her story.
I also heard somewhere on FOX that her husband (I think ex) is a complete 180 from her.

Sheehan is a hero for standing up for her beliefs knowing that the RIGHTEOUS RIGHT would respond as they do so well, with SMEAR tactics. They can’t all be happy their sons and daughters died for a lie.

My family has with honor and valor defended liberty in this country since the American Revolution, and we did so in order that all people will have the right to disagree with others, without having their honest criticisms branded as “smears” by those on the left that, demand tolerance for everyone and everything, except for those who disagree with them.

But Bush doesn’t know anything about that, just like he didn’t know anything about the Swift Boat smear of Kerry or the previous smear of McCain(can you believe it!!) during the British Prime Miniter’s meeting on July 23, 2002—8 months prior to the invasion of Iraq. These memo’s paint a picture of a President intent on invasion, and the British troubled both by how it could be justified and by what it would bring.
There are lots of internet resources that show how and why this President is a liar or as one British memo says “fixing the facts”, if you find that phrase easier to swallow than liar then don’t believe me believe the British who were working quite intimately with the Administration. In the end any way you say it, he’s a liar.

We cannot possibly debate this matter on “The Political Teen” forum. Sadly, we are a nation more divided now than ever we were during the Civil War. We don’t have geographgical boundaries to permit one side to leave the Union and I doubt it will ever rise to violence on the streets between the two factions. But now we have Red vs Blue States, Conservatives vs Liberals, Christians vs secularists, and on and on. The fact is that we are on a course wherein we will soon implode and be dstroyed from within. You will hate George Bush and accuse him of lying no matter the facts, the other side will always hate the Clinton, Kennedy, Kerry and the others leading the liberal cause without any concern for the facts. Steve, you simply cannot possibly debate anything about this country without hate and anger rising up in your heart; and because your attitude is so common in America today, we find that all human decency and cordial discourse is over in America. The terrorists and other enemies of America have won, not by fighting us from without, but by simply allowing us to destroy ourselves within our own hearts. Quite sad indeed!

I see a great contrast between Cindy Sheehan’s first comments about her meeting with Bush in her interview on June 24, 2004, that was just several months after her son was killed, and the latest comments she is making about that same meeting with Bush. Cindy Sheehan first said after her meeting with Bush, that she ? now knows that Bush is sincere about wanting freedom for the Iraqi’s.? Then she went on to say and I quote, ? I know he’s sorry and feels pain for our loss.? She used two descriptions to describe her impressions of Bush after Bush’s meeting with her, “Sincere? and ? He’s sorry and feels pain for our loss.? Now its quite the opposite description of Bush, if you were to listen to her new interpretation of that same meeting with Bush, you would think it was two seperate meetings. Cindy Sheehan now says about that meeting with Bush that ? Every time we tried to talk about Casey and how much we missed him, he would change the subject,and he acted like it was a party.? That statement indicates just the opposite of what she originally said about Bush, in that she even used the word “sincere? in describing Bush’s demeanor in her earlier interview. The question that now remains concerning her two completely different versions of that meeting with Bush, is, which one is the true story and which one is the lie?

I notice that ‘The Huffington Post’ has adopted Cindy Sheehan’s rantings and are carrying all her messages and letters. I remember Huffington, and wasn’t she the person who ran anti-SUV ads that suggested that people who bought sports utility vehicles were supporting terrorist? Isn’t that the same Arianna Huffington who drives around in limo’s and has private jets at her disposal? I wonder exactly what would be the ratio of gas consumption between a SUV and a private jet or a limo as far as that goes. Getting back to the subject of Cindy Sheehan, I just read an article she wrote for ‘The Huffington Post’ in which she defends some of her comments about Israel, by blaming them on a former friend. Here is a quote from that article, Cindy Sheehan– ? A former friend who is anti-Israel and wants to use the spotlight on me to push his anti-Semitism is telling everyone who is listening that I believe that Casey died for Israel and has gone so far as to apparently doctor an email from me.? I was watching the news and heard myself Cindy Sheehan say that her son didn’t join the military to protect Israel and it wasnt just my imagination. Maybe deposing Saddam did protect Israel to some degree, after all Saddam launched dozens of scud missiles at Israel as I recall. I believe also Saddam offered reward money for the families of suicide bombers who killed innocent Israeli women and children. So if in the process of removing Saddam,those actions were beneficial to Israel’s security, so be it, and Im glad that’s the case.
